The Scriptures are Inspired - Both the old and new testaments are verbally inspired of God (II Tim 3:16-17). One True God - Infinite, eternal, unchangeable, and holy in nature, attributes, and purpose. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Deut 6:4). The Lord Jesus Christ - God revealed in the flesh, both Son of God and Son of Man, in whom dwells all the fullness of the Godhead (Jn 1:1-17). The Fall of Man - Man, by transgression, fell from a state of righteousness into a state of sin and death (Gen 1:26, 2:17, 3:16; Rom 5:12-21). The Salvation of Man - Man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ (Jn 3:3, Jn 3:16; Rom 10:9-10, 13-15). The Ordinances of the Church - A) Water Baptism: By immersion, fulfillment of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Matt 3:14-17; Rom 6:3-5). B) Holy Communion: The Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements - Do this in remembrance of me, Christ's one time sacrifice through suffering and death (I Cor 11:24-26). Baptism in the Holy Spirit - Receive power from on high to be His witnesses (Lk 24:49; Acts 1:8, 2:1-4). Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit - Speaking in tongues. Speaking to God and speaking to men (Acts 2:4, 10:44-48; I Cor 13:1). Sanctification - Separated from evil and dedication to God (Rom 12:1-2; I Thes 5:23; Heb 13:12). The Church - The Body of Christ of which He is the head, including all those regenerated persons from Pentecost to the First Resurrection (I Cor 15:52). The Ministry - Five fold: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, for the work of the ministry (Eph 4:11) Divine Healing - Healing from sickness is provided for in the atonement and is the privilege of all believers (Isa 53:4; Ja 5:14-16). Laying on of Hands - For various ministries such as: Ordination, Acts 13:1, 3; Spiritual Gifts, I Tim 4:14; Gift of the Holy Ghost, Acts 8:17-18; Healing, Ja 5:14-15; Faith, Acts 14:22; Dedication of Children, Mk 10:16. Nine Gifts of the Holy Spirit - They are sovereign and are operative in the church today (I Cor 12:8-11). The Rapture - Catching away of the Body of Christ (I Thes 4:16:17; I Cor 15:51-52). The Millennial Reign of Christ - The Second Coming of Christ along with the raptured saints to rule and reign on earth for one thousand years (Zech 14:5; Rev 1:7, 19:11-14, 20:1-6). The Final Judgement - The wicked dead will be raised and judged according to their works (Rev 20:11-15). New Heaven and Earth - Righteousness dwelleth forever (II Pet 3:13;)
